From Monday April 29 2019-Friday May 10, 2019 there will be no classes due to Golden Week.

Ongoing classes will resume as usual from Saturday May 11, 2019 and onwards.

You may make an appointment for special care lessons, back care, prenatal yoga, private sessions, family yoga, yoga for stress and other special needs.
